About the project

This is a compilation of one of our current clients MSC, the Global leader in shipping and logistics. They were about to launch their new website, centered and focused primarly on the user and the human interaction on a businness that is pure logistic, calendars, tight deadlines and deliveries all around the world.

The Challenge

Make a total shift of perspective in MSC communication, focusing on what really matters for their costumers, bringing the business to the basics of it and adding value to the interactivity between humans, comunicating that nevertheless MSC is a b2b business, we care about every client and their real needs

The solution

At By Fiction we are excited to have partnered with MSC and Wichmann/Schmidt to develop a new tagline and image for their brand. Through this campaign, we aimed to showcase MSC's commitment to their clients and their businesses, and to introduce their updated website and new services to the world. The process of developing the campaign began with a deep dive into the values and priorities of the MSC brand. We wanted to understand what makes MSC unique, and what sets them apart from other companies in their industry. Through our research and discussions with the team, it became clear that the brand's top priority is taking care of their clients and ensuring their success. This led us to the core idea of "what really matters" when it comes to MSC's approach to their clients. With this insight in mind, we set out to develop a tagline that would represent the values of the MSC brand and communicate their commitment to putting their clients first. In addition to developing the new tagline, we also produced a series of commercials to advertise MSC's updated website and new services. These commercials were designed to showcase the refreshed and modern image of the MSC brand, and to highlight the ways in which their updated offerings align with the current business landscape. The new tagline, visual campaign and commercials have helped to reinforce the brand's commitment to their clients, and have introduced their updated website and services to a wider audience. We are proud to have played a role in this campaign.
