One Summer Isn't Enough

By Fiction partnered with Serviceplan Group, Abu Dhabi's Department of Culture and Tourism and a crew of outstanding creatives to bring 'One Summer Isn't Enough' to life. The campaign's core message: the city's endless possibilities — connecting with audiences across cultures and letting viewers see themselves in the characters' adventures.

The films blend live action, 3D design and animation to take viewers through the city following its official visitor's guide, the 101 Abu Dhabi Dos. This mixed-media approach let us push visual storytelling and capture the vibrant world of Abu Dhabi through playful transitions between two worlds — the real and the imaginary.

India film — Abu Dhabi Missed You! Bollywood icon Ranveer Singh returns to Abu Dhabi for another round of adventures alongside his friend Ahmed Saif. The animation style was crafted around Ranveer's expressiveness and charisma, so his energy shines through in every scene.

China film — A Dream Getaway. Liu Yifei drifts across a miniature, sun-washed Abu Dhabi, from the dome of the Louvre to fireworks over the palace.
